Ways we can help
Some homes need a deep clean before listing. Some need a room styled, a closet built, a vanity replaced, or a tired piece of furniture brought back to life. Others need estate sale support before the next chapter. Dutch Girl is built for that in-between work where taste and practical follow-through both matter.

Patricia Leistra founded Dutch Girl Home Services with a practical belief: if a space needs attention, there is a thoughtful way to improve it. She learned craftsmanship hands-on by finishing restored antique European furniture in her family's business, Pine & Design Imports Corp., and by seeing value in pieces others might overlook. After renovating and improving many homes of her own, she now brings that same "good bones" eye to the details that make a home more functional, beautiful, and ready for its next chapter.
"My interest in design and home improvement started during my childhood in the Netherlands, watching my father renovate homes in his free time, and after our move to the USA in the late 80s, in the workshop of Pine & Design Imports Corp. We sourced antique furniture from Northern and Eastern Europe, stripping away years of grime and paint to reveal the original beauty beneath. My father made sure I learned every part of the process, and the work taught me patience, persistence, and respect for quality. The designers we worked with on projects like the Street of Dreams opened my eyes to different styles and possibilities.
Later roles in customer service, finance, and architecture and engineering administration strengthened the way I manage details and work with people, but the satisfaction of giving a room, home, or piece of furniture new life never left. At Dutch Girl Home Services, I put that experience to work with practical, honest, and creative help, whether you are preparing a home for sale, managing an estate, or finally tackling the projects you have not had time to finish."
